How to apply perfume? Here are some tips to make your fragrance last all day long...
First essential step: hydration! Well-hydrated skin retains fragrance molecules better. So don't hesitate to apply a body lotion (unscented, of course).
Target pulse points, as body heat gently diffuses the fragrance. For example, behind the ears, the hollow of the neck, or the elbow, and the wrists, which will also accompany your gestures (especially if you talk with your hands!).
It is advisable NOT to rub your wrists together (a common reflexive gesture that breaks down olfactory molecules). You can lightly air your wrists after spraying.
For a more intense sillage, lightly spray your hair (from a distance!). If the concentrate is not colored, you can also spray your clothes. Be careful with silk and delicate fabrics; test on a small, non-visible area first.
In any case, a few well-targeted sprays are better than an overly strong dousing. We don't want to cause repulsion either, do we?
Don't hesitate to also adapt your application technique to the notes of your perfume: citrus, white musks, amber woods... Each family has its preferred technique; come to the Perfume Bureau, and we'll explain everything!
