After two years hidden in a courtyard in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, Le
Bureau du Parfum is opening a street-front boutique at 30 rue du Château d'Eau,
in the same building as their historic offices.
A small gem in the fresh pink and blue colors of the brand, the boutique was
designed by architect Bertrand Harold Emgoue Tchakam from the BETH &
EPISTEME studio. With a "laboratory" feel, featuring raw material bottles for
perfumes, and also an "office" where future perfumes can be developed,
the boutique reflects the brand's core values: expertise, proximity, and
experience. It is open to the public from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM, and offers an
eclectic selection of a dozen niche perfume brands.
This new store now completes their universe, which consists of two spaces:
one with a street front, dedicated to impromptu visits; the second, courtyard-facing and by
appointment, allows enthusiasts to deepen their knowledge through
private consultations and workshops on perfumery ingredients.

Launched in January 2023, Le Bureau du Parfum was born from the desire to offer an enlightened
and accessible approach to perfumery. In today's saturated and secretive market, customers often feel
lost. More than just a point of sale, this welcoming space for advice and
exchange highlights the formulation, quality of ingredients, and expertise of
independent perfume houses. Founded by Aurélie Dematons and Jérôme Herrgott, industry experts
with over twenty years of combined experience, it aims to be a bridge between creators and enthusiasts, far
from standardized marketing pitches. Here, perfume is discovered with pedagogy and
transparency, allowing everyone to explore this universe with complete confidence.

Aurélie Dematons, with over twenty-five years of experience in perfumery, specializes in fragrance creation and innovation. In 2017, a world tour of fragrance plants marked a turning point in her career, offering her a fresh perspective on the industry. In 2023, she partnered with Jérôme Herrgott to co-found this hybrid space dedicated to the discovery of niche perfumes. It was at Heeley Parfums, an Anglo-Parisian brand, that Jérôme discovered his passion for niche perfumery. He subsequently played a key role in the commercial development of many independent perfumery brands in the French market since 2012. With Le Bureau du Parfum, they create a bridge between these creators and their audience, offering perfume enthusiasts a unique and refined selection.
