With Spicy Road, Une Nuit Nomade takes us to the coasts of Kerala, where the calm waters of the Alleppey backwaters create a landscape of lagoons, canals, and lush rice paddies. Aboard traditional kettuvallam, ancient fishing boats made of wood and coconut fiber, the journey slows down, suspended out of time.

On the shores of Lake Vembanad, papaya trees, mango trees, and coconut trees intertwine with pepper vines, guardians of these dark and precious berries, known since ancient times as the black gold of India. An olfactory and historical richness that has been transported for centuries through the port of Kochi.

Inspired by this mythical spice route, Spicy Road celebrates all the power of black pepper, sublimated by a warm heart of vanilla and frankincense, before melting into a deep, enveloping woody trail.
