An eponymous fragrance created in collaboration with the Moulin Rouge, 1889 is now the olfactory signature of this legendary Cabaret.
Night has cast its veil over Paris and the Moulin Rouge lights up. Spectator or dancer, each has their role. The emotion will be the same. The hall comes alive, murmurs. Lipstick exudes its powdery scent, champagne glasses clink, and mandarin sparkles. The first notes of music resound, and the curtain rises. The spectacle of the senses begins.
Plum evokes the golden curve of a shoulder, the dancers make their entrance. In a cloud of feathers and glitter, bodies brush against each other. The spicy warmth of cinnamon rises to the cheeks, sugar melts in bitter-sweet absinthe. The Damask rose bursts forth with its sensuality, playing the seductress in her adornment... red, of course! The enchantment has no end, time no longer exists, suspended on the wings of the Moulin. An emotion full of joy makes the stage vibrate until the finale. The curtain falls but the party continues. Backstage, mirrors reflect laughing silhouettes. A little iris powder, a cloud of musk and patchouli, and the dressing rooms will retain the scent of this extraordinary evening until morning.
